Gaana Vana is a live radio streaming aggregator. We provide access to publicly available radio streams from third-party broadcasters. We do not host or broadcast any audio content ourselves; we serve as a directory and player that links to streams maintained by their respective owners.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to create accounts for others without their permission.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- Scrape, crawl, or copy content in bulk without written permission.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
5. Intellectual Property
The Gaana Vana name, logo, and original content (excluding streamed radio content which belongs to respective broadcasters) are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our branding without express written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any radio stream, as streams are controlled by third-party broadcasters. Gaana Vana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
